Hi,
Another thing I just thought of because this happened to me. When you
insert the cd to install jaws, before it sets up, close all programs
including windows explorer so the only message you should have open is the
jaws welcome message. Maybe that will help. Also, uninstall jaws with the
jaws uninstall option and you will needed sighted help I guess since I'm
assuming jaws won't talk. What brand computer is it? It is important to
closee all programs before setup begins.
