I am in the midst of assembling a cd of speech-friendly freeware, shareware
and demo programs. the idea is to package these programs for users so they
don't have to take the time and trouble to find and download all of them.
I will include a few DOS programs and games, but the large bulk of the cd
will consist of Windows 95/98 programs. The cd will be available mainly as
part of a tutorial, for my usual price of $19.50 US.

I am testing lots of programs, but would be quite interested in
recommendations from others. What programs have you downloaded and found
work well with JFW? If you want to tell me about any you have downloaded
and found not to be useful, that might come in handy as well. I obviously
know of the programs available off the JFW mailing list page and those on
Paul Henrichsen's site, but any other recommendations will doubtlesslead to
a more useful product for new, learning or disconnected users. Due to the
nature of the project, please respond to me privately. I'll announce the
tutorial when it is ready, god willing, later this month.

thanks for reading and considering this request.
