JFW & adding Zipped file to a E-Mail

                        Hello list,

I have a question about adding a zip file to a E-Mail.  I think I
understand how to unpack a zip file from a E-Mail but I do not know how to
add one.  If you could, please list instructions in step by step format, I
am still rather new at this.  All help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank
you in advance.
