Did you use the cd you got with your zip drive? The reason I'm asking is
that there are probably newer driver updates on the Iomega site. Also, I
have some notes on finding a zip drive that I'll send in the next day or
two. Be sure when you start installing that the drive is connected because
if it isn't, the computer can't find it.

Subject: zip drive install with jfw
I don't know if this is a jaws question or not? Has anyone had trouble
installing a zip drive while jfw is running? I tried to install paralel zip
drive, external. It runs through the installation okay with jaws reading
the prompts. It assigns a new drive for the zip drive, but trying to access
it, I get device not found or something like this. I have had other people
working on it and even called tech support on this one. Does anyone know if
jaws being installed first exhibitis some sort of problem while trying to
install zip drives.\? Thanks.
