You could investigate a programme like total recorder from I think
http://www.highcriterion.com. You would have to get JFW to read the file,
and tell Total Recorder to record the output to a wave file. it only costs
$11 to register and is very accessible.

Subject: Using screenreader to generate audio file
I curious to find out if anyone knows of a method by which a screen-reader
(e.g., JAWS) or text-to-speech reader (e.g., ReadPlease) in conjunction
with whatever synthesizer emulator (e.g., FlexTalk, Eloquence, Microsoft
T-T-S) can generate audio files and save them to disk. For example, I have
got a text file that I want to convert to audio. Normally I would use JAWS
or ReadPlease to listen to it and I'm done, but this time I want to save
the audio to disk in, say, wav file format. Once I've got what was once a
text file in an audio file format I can potentially burn it on to a CD,
export it to a digital recording device, or whatever, and listen to it
wherever and whenever I want on just about any conventional listening
device (e.g., a portable CD player). Any ideas?
