Hi there,
I experienced a similar problem with Jaws about eight months ago. It
usually occurred while I was either in Juno, or word.
The specifics aren't clear to me now, except that someone on the list
wrote in and suggested that my font be changed to Times New Roman. I did
this, and the problem completely disappeared. I might be totally off
base, but just thought I'd write and explain what my problem was!
Hope you find a solution soon, because it's very annoying!
