I don't understand?  Most keystrokes are automatically passed on to an
application unless they have significance to jfw, if they have significance
to both jfw and the application then the best way is to insert+3.  You can
even pass insert+3 on to an application by hitting it twice.
Seems like a pretty foolproof method to me.  Otherwise, I guess you could
write a script to have one keystroke pass another one on to the application.
But, why would you want to?
