List of links in I E 5 with JFW 3.3

I have confirmed that all the settings suggested in the JFW help for
Internet Explorer are correct on my system.  I've also tried refreshing the
pages and cleaning out my temporary Internet files.  I've tried on a number
of sites, but the Insert F5 and Insert F7 scripts still won't work.  What
else could it be?
