stuttering keys and echo

We have JFW 3.3.026, with w95, we had a sound blaster 16 and decided to
change sound cards so we installed a sound blaster live value, we now have a
stutter to the keyboard and echo when JFW speaks. Anyone have a solution to
this problem? Appreciate the help, thanks a lot.
