Dave, I went to dos, and typed the file since I found out that it is a text
file, and found what I wanted. However, I just wanted to try what you were
telling me, and for some reason it did not work here. I am going to quote
what you told me, and tell you what I did, and tell you what happens.

Ok, I did this, and landed on configuration manager, so I pressed enter.
and press
>enter. press alt down arrow to open and tab to the list and launch

After I pressed enter, I pressed alt+down-arrow, but nothing happened. I
also tried tabbing, but nothing happened.
