I have been using GroupWise for several years. Started with version 4.1 and after
couple of years went to version 5.xx. Last Memorial weekend the University upgraded
to GroupWise 5.5. I did get the GroupWise 5.2 scripts and they did make groupWise more
speech friendly. I did not have much luck using the calendar, but maybe just didn't
put enough effort in to mastering it.
About a month ago I had the technician put GroupWise 5.5 client on my machine. Since
then have been having problems with my MS Access 97 locking up after using it about
three times. I can exit out of MS Access and the third time try to come back into it
, it will lockup JAWS. If I have a sighted person around, they can shut down MS Access
and the voice comes back. If I'm alone, I need to shut off the machine. I cannot see
any connection between loading the GroupWise 5.5 client the MS Access, and JFW 33
026LOCKING, but it happened about the same time. I think it is a coincidence, but
still?
