Hey Mark,
What you need to do is to go to your view menu and arrow down to "sort by"
and press enter. You will be presented with a list of fields to sort on,
choose "received" and press enter. Then your mail will be sorted in the
order they were received.
However, when you find the question, you will have to go searching for the
answer, or answers.
