Idea for Synth adding.

I saw something on the install of Ruby that would be neat for HJ to add to
JFW.  I'm not sure if it can be done with their installation program though,
but it's worth a thought.  When the Ruby install loads, You can choose to
just install a synth without reinstalling the whole program.  What do you
guys think?
