Thank you Mike for your outstanding suggestion and instructions. It really works! It's great! I get lots of mail at work, and this will be very helpful. I needed sighted assistance, as you predicted, because the Jaws, innvisible and pc cursors would not go up to that column heading. This raises a couple of questions in my mind for thought by other listers: I wonder if there are other icons in IE5, Outlook, Ms Word, etc. that we could turn on and off for better reading with Jaws, if we only could get to them? As in this instance, I've had occasions in various other aps where the Jaws and invisible cursors won't go where a sighted person can go using the mouse.
