Using JFW with Hotmail

Is anyone here using JFW successfully with Hotmail.  If so, would you
please post back to me privately and give me some basic instructions?  I
can get into my account and I see a list of posts or messages, but I can
not figure out how to access them to read them.  I see no clues from JFW.
