How can you get eloquence,

I need to know how to get jfw 3.3.026 with eloquence to tell me to inter my
pass word, before Windows 98 comes up.  I had it doing that, but I some how
messed it up, and I would like to have it back the way it was.  Thank you
for your help in advance.
