I have discovered why the Insert+A doesn't work. I recently received a
message written in Rich text with attachments. When I went to use the
Insert+A nothing happened. Even when I tried the shift+tab, I could not
access the attachments. I knew for fact that attachments were present.

Based on this, I would say that you must make sure that your messages are in
plain text.

I hope this helps.

Hello Michael,
I just hit Enter on your post header & Jaws began reading your message.
I then typed Control+a
Jaws continued reading the text.
I next typed Control+c & Jaws said copied selected text to clipboard.
I then hit Escape & came out of the text back on the header.
I then opened a new file with Wordpad & typed Control+v & Jaws said pasted
from
clipboard.
Typing Control+home, I heard the copied text from yhour post in the new
file.

I am using Jfw3.3.26 with IE5 & OE5.
It should work this well for you, too.

Please contact me at

with further questions.

Thanks,

Hi Les: Appreciate your response. However, thus far,I have had no success
in getting Insert-A to work in Outlook. I have had the message open, but
still no success. Don't know for sure what the problem is here, but I think
I'm not the only one. I have a friend in Washington state who has the same
problem. But, I'm glad it's working for you.
Have a good day.
Michael
P.S. Good hearing from you.
