Bob was right on the money about all his advice, and I'd like to add one
thing about setting up the e-mail boxes...
If you want the mail coming in to you to go to a certain box directly go to
the menue hit "t" for tools and then arrow down to "in box assistant" press
enter. This will allow you to make rulles for each box folder you create
and for the existing ones. It is fairly easy to do to set up a rule but if
you have trouble e-mail me off list at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
