This is what I wrote for the auto finish event
SetSynth("dte") which the DTE comes from the jfw.ini file and is the key
name for dectalk. I then put two spaces and ;Sets synthesizer back to
dectalk express
The code I put in for auto start was
SetSynth("eloq") and was the key name for eloquence in the jfw.ini file
followed by the ;"""" on and on.
where is the cyntex error? I don't see it. I have gone through and by the
way, have taken a class or two on q basic and so I have worked with
language before, no, not very complex, but I know what it is to de-bug and
so forth, and just don't see the de-bugging for two lines of text. I could
see it if I had a paragraph worth of lines and more that it would take some
de-bugging, but two lines to me would either mean you got it right, or you
got it wrong.
No more for me. I've reinstalled jfw four times now and am kind of tired. I
feel if I want to change to eloquence, it only takes a couple of key
strokes before going into word.
thanks for the encouragement though, I know what you mean and where you are
coming from. Just not for me.
