I may be doing something I don't like to see others do, injecting something
when I really don't know but could it be that some how she is using a timed
demo version of JFW? I have no idea about how the demo versions work.

Okay, now the next thing to do is to try the refresh screen. When your
computer shuts up, press insert plus the escape key and see if that helps.
Does anyone else out there have any ideas? Could this be a video card
issue? The only thing I know about video cards is that mine, whatever it
is, works.
I've talked Christina through the easy stuff--Dr. Jaws, and, now, refresh
screen.
My next suggestion is going to be to place a call to Henter-Joyce Technical
support and then take a six week vacation waiting for their return call.
