For anyone interested in Excel 97 and able to borrow books from the N.L.S. I
highly recommend you get yourself a subscription to PC World magazine
provided you can read the braille.
Some of us can out here but I understand a few reasons why others cannot
like diabetes among other reasons.
There was an url listed in one of the issues:

That url has a page on it with links to hundreds of other excel web pages
some of which may also
have tutorials available for download. It's a good idea not to expect those
to be very keyboard centered but most of those were written for sighted
people.
I've got to check out that page further and the pages below that one to find
out if there's much useful there.
Back to PC World magazine though, that magazine has a regular column on
excel each month.
Now for those who can use cassettes, there's smart computing that's
available monthly and that also has a column on excel in it.

Finally there's

you choose the excel for dummies tips and they're sent to your email box one
per day.
They're short tips and some of them even work.
Those tips can be useful to users of all levels of proficiency and not just
experts either.
