I'm still having a lot of things locking up in windows 98. Not so much
fatal errors where I would have to reboot, but locking up on exiting
program, where "this program has performed illegal operation and will bge
shut down." This happens mainly on leaving Outlook Express, version 4, and
also on exiting the windows list from Jaws (insert f10). It's on my
computer at work and tomorrow I'll check the color display. It has been set
at 256 colors. Do you think installing windows 98 would have changed the
display settings? Something I just thought of. Any hellp would be
appreciated.
