Linda,

Please don't post messages to the list, where there is a large number of
novices, stating that something "won't"  work (unless absolutely true). 
Vox Chat will work fine with Eloquence.  The key caviet is that a system
requires a multi-channel sound card, such as the SB Live or the Turtle
Beach Montego (excuse me if I've mispelled this).  Assuming one has this
type of sound card, any software synth. should work fine with chat
programs such as Vox Chat.
