they have a choice between A.O.L. which owns compuserve and Microsoft which
owns M.S.N. Microsoft has the better support capability and is having to
try harder since A.O.L. has the larger subscriber base. A.O.L. has yet to
write an operating system and successfully market it though. So maybe
Microsoft struck out with windows, but MS-Dos 6.22 was still lots more
successful for many people.

Hi to the List, My in-laws just purchased a computer which comes with a
$400 rebate from 2 internet providers. They must sign up with one of them.
They are M.S.N and CompuServe. I'd like to hear pros and cons from users of
either or both, particularly in the area of customer support. Thanks for
