Problem With Installing Braille Lite 2000 with JFW.

Hello, My name is Kathryn Jedynak.  I use Jfw 3.3026 and I'm having
problems installing my Braille Lite 40.  I hooked up my Braille Lite to
Com2  and I chose the option of installing the Braille Lite on com2 during
the JFW installation.  However, when I start JFW, I receive an error that
the Braille Lite wasn't installed properly.  Do I have to Change any
comport setting or something in JFW?
