Hi, I checked my modem properties in the control pannel and my modem is
connected to com3. Is there anything else that could be connected to com2?
I also went in to the JFW configuration Manager and I unchecked the
checkbox for loading Braille error. Unfortunately, that didn't help me
either. Thank you very much anyway for your suggestions and if you have any
more please let me know.

My guess is that your modem is using comm 2 and that's why your Braille Lite
won't work. Unfortunately, it appears you'll have to not use the Dec
Express on Comm1 when you want to use your Braille late.
