I received a question dealing with the Office2000 scripts, (or the lack
thereof), and when I told the user that they'd need to send their message to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], I received a nice, 2-page verbal ass-chewing on how *I* am
suppose to track down those answers, since that is what HJ pays me to do,
and "stop passing the buck to another department!"
I hate getting my ass chewed on by angry customers, (I got enough of that
during my last few months at MicroTalk for ASAW98's slow progress), but I
particularly hate it when it is due to the shortcomings of a company *I*
don't work for!
Perhaps I should place a disclaimer with each message footer on the JFW
Scripts list, stating that it isn't an official HJ-sanctioned support list,
or change the name from JFWScripts to Non-Official Henter-Joyce list, ran by
non-HJ people designed to answer non-official HJ support messages?
