spreadsheets

Hello to all on the list, I was just wondering if anyone out there is
using JFW version 3.3 with any kind of spreadsheet program?  I am
particularly looking for a program that will allow me to do several
different kinds of conversions using a spreadsheet.  Any kind of help
would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.
