Do you know how much your virus scan is taking up in resources? Though it
slows down the system somewhat, I am seriously thinking of adding it back
into the startup group. As of now, I bring up virus scan when I want to,
which frees up about 10 to 15 % of my system resources. i am curious how
much yours uses?
To check your system resources, when you boot up, hit the windows key along
with the far right of three keys above the six pac together. This brings up
your system properties manager. Now right arrow till you here performance
and go to jaws cursor. Up arrow and down arrow till you hear system
resources and it will say 80%, or whatever your percentage of resources are
being used. This is what I am curious about.
