I'm lucky I've got a RBT40 braille display unit and so I've got the whole text in
front of me. For those with only speech, with the numlock off, insert and KP 2 will
read from top of message to the end.

Michael, the Infamous Chinaman!

                Hi, Karin:
I am a user of MS outlook 98. When, I open a message in plain text I
usually go by line by line using the down or up arrow keys. I hope
this
                helps.
