Hi Bob, Yes, my computer continues to keep talking, it has stopped once since we fixed it yesterday. Here's what the problem was...when I first bought my computer I was using window eyes and it was apparently a bad copy so it would stop talking on me to so I sent me computer back for them to fix and they replaced the hard drive plus gave me JFW 3.2 and we thought the problem was solve until it started doing it again, so I sent it back and they replaced it some other stuff in the computer and re-installed JFW 3.2 but did not take out the old file of it and it duplicated the file, and they thought they had put it in an old data file that they thought I would problably not access but it still continued with the problem. So when JFW 3.3 came out I un-installed only the second copy of JFW 3.2 and installed JFW 3.3, not knowing the original copy was still in their. So yesterday the tech guy came to my home to install the new ram and motherboard thinking it was these two defective parts and when they were installed it still quit talking on me after we tested it. My tech guy went through all the computers memory and found the first copy of JFW 3.2 and after consulting with HJ tech Mitch G. it was decided to erase everything and start from scratch.
