Here the steps to remove a program out of your startup folder.
1. Go to your windows folder
2. this can be accomplished by going to run and typing c:\windows
3. look for a folder named Start menu
4. Hit enter on that folder
5. once inside go to your startup folder
6. hit enter on startup
7. use the up and down arrow keys to look for the program that you want to
delete
8. hit the delete key on the particular program that you wish to delete
9. this should solve your problem of that particular program coming up when
you start your computer
