quick question

When I just turned on my computer, I got a program arror message.  The
message said that a DLL file was missing.  The name of the file is
PNCRT.DLL.  Does any one no what this file is? How can I fix this problem.
Is it some thing that I should worry about.  Every thing seams to be working
ok for now, but I am worried?Thanks
