But was there not a claim that existing owners of JFW3.30 software would get
a free CD of 3.31? It doesn't bother me too much, as long as it becomes
available somehow; but that was my understanding, and if the new
circumstances pertain as outlined by Pat then what we got was misleading
marketing for existing JFW3.30 users. Not all users of JFW3.3 are on the
Internet. We should be told if there have been
changes in plans, and we weren't really told of the delay in 3.31 which
was originally scheduled for release at the beginning of September. People
will make
decisions on published information, not on the value of information
withheld.
I do nonetheless look forward to the eventuation of JFW3.30.1

would be available on C D. Other friends mentioned to me that in interviews
the same thing had been mentioned. So I did not think much about it until a
HJ employee told me that 3.31 will not be on a C D.
Every one will have--if this has not already been done--toinstall 3.3 and
then download 3.1 from the Internet.
Since two friends mentioned to me las night emphasizing the various
interviews where the version 3.3.1 was promised on C D, I do hope that the
latest info on 3.3.1 via download is dead wrong.
For the time involved, I'd buy the C D.
