FONDERS FOR CERTAIN MESSAGES!!!!

Hi Everyone;

Just when I think I have it I still cannot create a rule.

If someone can tell me where I am going wrong.

The first two fillers are fine but that third one is really tricky.

I hope someone can nail this down for me.
