Hi all,
I just spoke with keith Patterson this morning and he said that we would
receive a free CD-ROM for jfw 3.3031. He said he wasn't sure when it would
be released but there is some type of show that Henter Joyce is supposed to
be in some time in October and they are hoping to have it released by then.
Also, I spoke with John glass at arkenstone sales about openbook ruby 4.02.
He said they are hoping to have it released this month. I asked if there
would be a charge if we wanted the CD-ROM and he said he didn't know for
sure. He said there might be a minimal charge of $25.00. I told him that
Henter joyce is not charging for their upgrade. Like I said, We shouldn't
have to pay because they have to make an upgrade so soon because some of the
problems that they are finding now were an over sight. Maybe since they
know that Henter joyce isn't charging us for an upgrade they will consider
not charging us for problems that should have been fixed before Openbook
ruby was ever shipped.
