I have a client using one of my lab computers whose settings are so slow that most other people can't live with them. I attempted to change the voice settings, go the configuration manager, and save a file under the client's name. The prompts assured me that the client's file was saved. When I tried exiting JFW, and reloading, it came up with default file as slow settings. When I attempted to open the file that the configuration manager indicated it saved, it reported it could not be found. The file list indicates the file is not there. Why Not?
