Hi Kathy,
I just discovered this "feature" in JFW yesterday while teaching a JFW
class. What is happening is that you once went to the find screen in the
help multipage dialog box. Then you exited help and the help generously
remembers that you were in that screen the next time you open help. What
you need to do is a tab or shift tab until you hear the words "find tab",
then just do a shift-control-tab till you hear the words "contents tab",
then you can press the tab key and you will be back at your list of books.
