Just to follow up on last week's message regarding JFW and my video card,
HJ have fixed the problem for me by sending me a new version of the
OSM16.dll file. Because I had no JFW33 directory due to the install bombing
out, I ended up replacing this file in the dll.red file that JFW uses in
the install by manually unzipping the jfw3322.exe file into a temporary
directory and using the r.exe file to replace the old OSM16.dll file with
the new one, then re-running the installation. The install ran fine and JFW
is now running.

My only regret is that I wish HJ tech support had given me this solution a
week ago when I first raised it rather than expecting me to go and find a
16 bit driver for my card which would have degraded video capture
performance. Anyway, all is fine now.
