Hi Harry et al.,

You can press F5 in OE5 to attempt to get connected to the Internet. Your
Connection dialog should be opened thus. Now, press ShiftTab from that
point, or move around the dialog box, until you hear 'connect automatically
checkbox not checked'. - When you hear this, press spacebar to check it! My
OE5 remembers my password each time I shut down my computer and restart
later. I disclosed a longer method of doing this last night, in response to
the original enquiry. Here is what I then wrote:

Hi Viola,

You may need to go into the Tools, Options ... menu to get automatic dialing
back. From the File menu in Outlook Express, press t for Tools, then o for
Options, then press Enter; You'll be in the General Tab area. Press
ShiftTab once to hear 'general', and from there press ControlShiftTab twice
to get to the Connection tab; then tab forward till you hear 'dial
automatically ...' which is probably not checked. Press spacebar at this
point to checkmark it. You may like to tab over to ok button once you've
done this and press Enter there. Now, you may close Outlook Express and
then re-open it. It should open and prompt you to connect to your ISP. I
hope this helps.
