Hello Muhammad,
Hit Control+Shift+0 to load Default.jss file into the Script Manager, (if
the script you want to delete is in that file--otherwise, load the
application with the script and hit Insert+0 to load that app's script file,
instead of the default script file.).
Hit Control+L to bring up a list of scripts in this particular file and use
the arrow keys to locate the script in question.
Whack Enter to get to that particular script, then hit Control+Delete.
Hit Control+S to compile the modification.
