jfw & black book

Hello list

I wonder if anyone is using the program Black Book.  If so I wonder if you
could tell me what I am doing wrong.  Jaws seems to be working fine however
when I tab to the dial and press then pick up the phone, all I get is a dial
tone.

Can anyone help?
