Hi Folks: I am working with a client that is currently using JFW 3.2 with NT. It seems to be working okay. However, we want to upgrade to the 3.3.25 version. When I run the installation, instead of getting the normal video message, JFW brings up a message stating that some changes were made that requires me to restart the system. I never receive a message about the video. When the system is re-started I get the screen where it ask me if I want a automatic or custom installation. This screen should be speaking with Eloquence. I have no speech but receive no error stating there is a problem. I have tried re-installing several times with no luck. Has anyone had this problem before? JFW 3.2 runs fine and with speech. It is not marked to run first so is not the problem. Would really appreciate any feed back.
