I have noticed that if I find myself on a form control in IE5, pressing the
numpad plus key simply results in the virtual cursor staying on. The left
mouse key will turn forms mode on, and then the numpad plus will turn the
virtual cursor back on, however the numpad plus does not appear to be
working as a toggle as advertised in the docs.
