How can I creat macroes using jfd?

Hi my name is dingram243 and I'm writing this message because I need to get 
jfd to work with 2 programs in dos.  One is Sequencer Plus Gold and the other 
is cakewalk 5.0 for dos as well.  I need to know how do I create these
