Line Counts on Web Pages

Hi All,

It seems that in the new beta pressing Alt-Delete, which reports active
cursor, will give a line and character count of where one is on a web page
e.g. Virtual PC Cursor, 1, 1.  Unless I missed it I don't find a way to get
the total line count of a web page though and this would be a nice thing to
include either on this key or Insert-F1 or as a new key.  It wuld give
people an idea of how far through a page they were.
