Here are some tips I have received that may help those using wp 9 at least till hj can get a fix out. Thanks! I have played with WP9 a bit (I am a long-time WordPerfect fan), and here's what I found: 1. In the short-cut for WP9, add the switch /fl to the command line. This circumvents the way WP9 normally writes to the screen, and it enables JFW to again see the text in the document window. I have no solution for the opening a WPD from explorer yet. 2. The WP8 scripts that are in the settings\enu file basically work off-the-shelf with WP9. You have to copy wpwin8.* to wpwin9.* and edit the wpwin9.jcf file with an editor to make all classes that end with ...80= to read ...90= . To keep your wpwpen.dll also working, open the wpwpen.jcf file and copy all lines in the [WindowClasses] section once, and in this new block, replace any occurrences of 80 with 90.
