outlook express and jaws 3.31

[Bruce Riddle]

 when opening a message in outlook express 5.0  jaws says edit and that is
all when I hit insert and the number 2 on the num pad jaws starts reading
about 2 or 3 lines from the start of the message is any one else having this
problem
