jfw and realaudio

I would appreciate some help with realaudio and jfw. I use the g2 realaudio
player. When listening to stations, there appears a window called "net
companion", which displays the title of the song being played, as well as
the artist. Has anyone been able to access this window? If so, how? thanks.
