3.31 beta and outlook 98

Hi

I just downloaded and install the public beta.

I have noticed that outlook is behaving differently.

I am unable to read the preview pane as I scroll through the list of
messages as I was able to do with 3.3.26.  Also, about every four messages,
JFW says menu bar and reads nothing.

Has anyone else experienced this and have any ideas?
